Dr. Garrick is Chief Executive Adviser for Maroon Research Institute Corporation; and also Chief Executive Advisor (Interim) for Maroon Research Institute Global.

MRI Corporation headquartered out of the United States, consists of Institute operations across North America (including USA), the Caribbean, Central America, and the Africa Continent. MRI Global headquartered out of Singapore, consists of Institute operations across Asia-Pacific, the GCC, Europe, and the United Kingdom. MRI Global administration in partnership with Temasek Trust (sub.).

Dr. Garrick has a track record of 30 years in the development of therapies generating $6 billion+ in revenue; as well as 30 yrs in research, R&D design, research ethics, regulatory science; while operating in regulated environments governed by HIPAA, HITECH, FDA, GCP, GMP.

Prior to joining Maroon Research Institute, Dr. Garrick was Dean of Clinical Trials globally for the Mayo Clinic. Prior positions also include as Co-Head of BioTech M&A for Novartis; Chief Medical Officer, CVS Health; CEO, Bridge Clinical Research; and various leadership positions at Merck, McKesson, and Goldman Sachs. He currently sits on the Board of Directors, for Genentech (sub. of Swiss public company, Roche) and is the former President and Member of the Board of Directors for the American Medical Association Foundation, American Psychiatric Association, and New York Blood Center.

Dr. Garrick holds a BA from Princeton University, an MBA from The Wharton School, and a Medical Doctorate from Yale School of Medicine.

Dr. Sehra serves on MRI Scientific Board with a focus on Venture Studio development and management; Technology Transfer; and Innovation Commercialisation.

At MRI, Dr. Sehra also serves as Expert-In-Residence in the areas of Cardiovascular & Blood Health. Dr. Sehra is a prominent Healthcare & Software Executive co-located between San Francisco, CA and Phoenix, Arizona with 100+ patents issued.

Previously Dr. Sehra was Chief Medical Officer, Abbot (Monterey Advisors, Photothera), CEO, Resonea Inc; and VP Clinical Operations & Medical Director, CryoCor & Topera.

Reetu chairs the MRI Scientific Health Board and is currently on sabbatical untill January 2027.

Reetu is the former Global Head of Innovation Initiatives & Partnerships for the Institute. A seasoned strategic leader reflecting a 20+ year track record in healthcare, finance, and is passionate about how Climate has a direct impact on Health. Co-Founder of The Clean Table and Executive Board Member of How Women Lead. Previously Vice President Customer Success at Brightline Health and 10+ year tenure at Kaiser Permanente, encompassing new program development, strategic partnerships and M&A.

Dr. Belluzzo supports MRI Board activities in the areas of Climate-Health Impact strategy and execution. Dr. Belluzzo is also a Director & Shareholder of Blue Oasis Partners (affiliate of Maroon Catalytic Growth Capital) focused on health-enabling property, infrastructure, and the built environment.  

Dr. Belluzzo has a 15-year track record globally as a successful Infrastructure & Property Investor, Developer, and Joint Venture Partner in Longevity Hospitality. Dr. Belluzzo is the Founding Investor and Advisor to $518 million global portfolio of luxury wellness resorts, destination spas, and healing centers in wellness tourism market projected to grow to $1.1 trillion in 2026. Dr. Belluzzo is also Investor, Board Member and Scientific Advisor for $58 million Market Cap global wellness and cosmetics company specializing in bioscience, and longevity for destination wellness properties. 50% Joint Venture Owner in Northern California Wine Country luxury property focused on restorative power of nature.
