A seasoned strategic leader reflecting a 20+ year track record in healthcare, finance, and is passionate about how Climate has a direct impact on Health. Co-Founder of The Clean Table and Executive Board Member of How Women Lead. Previously Vice President Customer Success at Brightline Health and 10+ year tenure at Kaiser Permanente, encompassing new program development, strategic partnerships and M&A.

Judy is the Executive Finance Director for MRI overseeing finance operations, Institute membership programs, and funding relationships including donors, endowments, patrons, and sponsors. Also a member of MRI Board of Directors, chairing the Institute's Finance Committee and Membership Committee. 30-year executive track record in finance, controller function, audit, tax, and risk management in the US, Europe, and the Middle East including at PWC, CBRE, Tupperware, and Tyco Intl. Extensive experience across publicly-listed corporations, private, and non-profits. Prior active angel investor and fund limited partner.

Caroline is a member of the Institute Membership Committee; is a Director at National Environment Research Council, and Managing Partner of CounselRock Partners (a private investment holding firm). 20+ year track record in the alternatives industry and equities research including as Non-Executive Director (former), British Business Investments and former executive at Goldman Sachs, Commerzbank, and CAIC Association for the alternatives industry.

Proficient in navigating complex enterprise relationships, she lead teams in delivering inventive solutions and drive transformational change. Her success spans the development, launch, and marketing of healthcare and high-tech products, showcasing a keen ability for deep collaboration across technical and business functions. Recognized for developing growth and retention strategies, expanding into new markets, and leveraging AI and analytics, she thrives in entrepreneurial, high-performance environments.

Padmini lead software engineering teams for some of Silicon Valley’s most well-known companies enables me to have the impact that is important to me. She has been challenged to work with many different technologies and cross-functional teams to contribute to the goals of growing business. She encourages her team to try different approaches and take risks to get things done, and take a personal interest in my team members, understanding their strengths and talents and their professional goals to help them succeed. That creates a win-win for everyone: the company, the team and for her as a leader.
